The wonderful Meghan Welch, mother to Bradley (10), Keira (22 months - pictured) and Finnegan (3 months - pictured). Megan has had mostly healthy pregnancies with all of her children being delivered via cesarean birth. Her first pregnancy was easy but after 27 hours of labor, Bradley got stuck and had to be delivered via emergency cesarean. She had to utilize fertility treatments to conceive Keira and had another great pregnancy but there was concern she was too small so she was monitored closely. She had to have a repeat cesarean with her. Meghan went into labor with Finnegan at 26 weeks but they were able to stop things. She was put on bedrest until he arrived at 36 weeks. Even though he was a little bit early he was perfectly healthy and they were able to go home 2 days later. Meghan nursed Keira until she weaned at 14 months and hopes to feed Finnegan until he's done. Meghan has always been an athlete and very body conscious and it's taken her some time to accept that her body has forever been changed by motherhood. She hopes that the changes that motherhood brings and breastfeeding can be normalized. She says a mother's body is the perfect body no matter what it looks like and wishes more people in the limelight would be proud of that.
