The lovely Liz Fennessy and her daughter Isla Teal. Liz is currently 12 weeks pregnant with her second child. Her first pregnancy was awesome, save the first 12 weeks when she is miserably sick. She enjoyed being pregnant other than the illness. Her labor was 34 hours in which Isla was posterior. Liz delivered naturally and was able to take Isla home 12 hours later. She hadn't slept in two days and didn't sleep for about 2 more days after getting home and was a bit of an emotional wreck. She hopes to avoid that this time around. She hasn't been able to enjoy this pregnancy much yet because she's felt sick but is just starting to feel better and is hopeful she'll get to that point. Breastfeeding was tough for the first couple weeks, but Liz was very determined and worked through it. She gets mastitis frequently but Isla is a now breastfeeding pro, and she's hoping that she continues to nurse throughout her pregnancy. She doesn't know if Isla will wean and is open to tandem feeding if she wants to when the new baby comes. Liz hopes that when her daughter is a new mum herself, she can look back on this experience with pride.
