The lovely Lisa Streu with your daughter Nola (10 months). She is also mom to Gavin (8). Lisa was in her first year of law school when she became pregnant with her son. She had planned on dropping out but her mother who is also an attorney encouraged her to stick with it. She had a great pregnancy and uneventful labor and was able to continue her schooling while breastfeeding, pumping in the law library while she'd study. She wasn't sure she'd have any other children but knew she always wanted a girl and decided to try again. Her second pregnancy was wonderful as well and though she had to be induced she was able to have a vaginal delivery. Breastfeeding has gone well again and even though she's faced some criticism for nursing she plans to continue until her daughter is ready to stop. Nola has always been small and her doctor told her she would need to supplement because she must have been producing skim milk. Lisa has always been thin and has often felt judged for it both growing up and even more so through pregnancy and breastfeeding. She wants her daughter to grow up being able to not only be comfortable with but completely love the skin she's in.
