The amazing Daniela Argirou with her daughter Aveline (13 months). Daniela's pregnancy went very well with no complications throughout. As she approached term, she developed signs of pre-eclampsia and ended up needing to be induced. She had hoped to have a natural labor and was worried that an induction meant that was all out of the question. Thankfully, Daniela was able to follow through with most of her wishes. She wasn't able to labor in water as she'd hoped but used the exercise ball to get her through her contractions. Her labor progressed very quickly and Aveline was born vaginally without issue. Daniela had hoped to breastfeed but was unable to. Ultimately, she is happy that her daughter has continued to thrive and hopes all women can feel supported regardless their desires and outcomes.
